1. Services Offered

 

WolfSec Systems provides professional digital forensic analysis, investigations, consulting, and expert support services, including:

 

  • Digital evidence review
  • Metadata and timeline analysis
  • Written forensic reports
  • Strategic consulting
  • OSINT investigations
  • Expert witness preparation and advisory support


Services are offered to individuals, legal professionals, and organizations.

 

WolfSec Systems does not provide legal representation, medical care, or emergency services.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or engage services.

 

By submitting any materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to possess and share the data, files, or content provided.

 

3. Engagement and Scope

 

No work begins without:

  • A clearly defined scope of work
  • Written agreement or explicit confirmation
  • Required payment, deposit, or retainer


Each service tier has defined limits. Requests outside scope require written approval and may incur additional fees.

Scope creep is not permitted.

4. Payments and Retainers

 

  • TruthScan services are billed in full before work begins
  • Integrity Protocol engagements may require a deposit
  • Wolf Guardian engagements require a retainer before work begins


All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

All pricing is provided in USD unless otherwise explicitly stated.

 

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

 

5. No Guarantees

 

WolfSec Systems provides expert analysis based on the information available at the time of review.

 

We do not guarantee:

 

  • Legal outcomes or court decisions
  • Acceptance of findings by third parties
  • Specific interpretations by judges, attorneys, employers, or platforms


All opinions are provided in good faith and within professional standards.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully
  • Use secure channels for sharing sensitive material
  • Follow agreed timelines and processes


WolfSec Systems reserves the right to terminate services if communication becomes abusive, manipulative, or coercive.

 

7. Use of Deliverables

 

Reports, analyses, and materials provided are for your personal or authorized legal use only.

 

You may not:

 

  • Alter or misrepresent findings
  • Sell or redistribute deliverables
  • Publicly use WolfSec Systems’ name, branding, or work product without written consent


Confidentiality is expected on both sides unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Mexican law:

 

WolfSec Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or services.

 

Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

9. Termination

 

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing.

 

Fees for work already performed remain due.

 

WolfSec Systems reserves the right to decline or terminate engagements that present ethical, legal, or safety concerns.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Yucatán, United Mexican States.

 

Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of WolfSec Systems services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Yucatán, México, and the parties expressly submit to such jurisdiction.

 

11. Geographic Availability

 

WolfSec Systems provides services primarily to clients located outside the European Union.

 

WolfSec Systems may decline engagement based on jurisdiction, regulatory burden, or legal risk without obligation to provide justification.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

 

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

 

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
