What to expect
A phone call first. Initial consultations are by phone, not email. A 20-minute conversation tells us both more than a week of back-and-forth messages.
Confidentiality. I keep everything you share confidential. Whether legal privilege applies usually depends on my being retained through counsel. That’s one more reason to involve your lawyer early.
Straight answers. If I can’t help, I’ll say so and, where I can, point you to someone who can. If the evidence doesn’t support what you’re hoping for, you’ll hear that from me too, before the other side tells you.
No shortcuts. I don’t alter data, overstate findings, or take cases where the goal is anything other than getting the facts right.
