OSINT Investigations for Family Law and Corporate Counsel

People leave a bigger digital footprint than they think. Deleted posts, burner accounts, a photo with the wrong thing in the background. If it’s out there, I’ll find it, and I’ll document it so it holds up.

What OSINT is, and isn't

Open-source intelligence means finding and documenting information that’s publicly available: social media, public records, business registries, archived pages, images and their metadata. It isn’t hacking, it isn’t accessing private accounts, and it isn’t pretending to be someone to get information. Everything I find comes from lawful public sources, so it can be used without creating a problem for your case.

What I investigate

Family law

  • Undeclared assets, businesses and property, including across borders
  • Lifestyle that doesn’t match the financial disclosure: travel, vehicles, spending on display
  • Undisclosed relationships, residences or employment

Corporate and civil

  • Who’s behind an anonymous account, review campaign or smear campaign
  • Impersonation and fake profiles using your client’s name or brand
  • Background and due diligence on people and companies
  • Public statements and posts relevant to litigation

Disputes and accusations

What you get

A documented report, not a pile of screenshots. Each finding comes with the source URL, capture date and time, screen recordings where needed, and preserved copies, organized so counsel can use it and an opposing expert has little to attack. Where a finding is an inference, such as linking two accounts to one person, I say so and show the basis.

Which service fits

  • OSINT asset and lifestyle scan ($495 flat): a focused scan of one subject, added to a TruthGuard engagement.
  • Standalone investigations: quoted per case, depending on the number of subjects and how deep the trail goes.
  • TruthScan ($495 flat): if you already have screenshots or posts and need to know what they prove and what to capture next.

How it works

  1. Tell me who or what you need to find, and why it matters to the case.
  2. We agree on scope: subjects, platforms and the questions to answer.
  3. I investigate and preserve everything as I go.
  4. You get a documented report and a call to walk through it.

Common questions

Can you get into someone’s private account or messages? No. That’s illegal, and it would taint everything else in your case. I work only with publicly available information.

What if the posts have already been deleted? Deleted posts often survive in archives, caches, reposts and other people’s screenshots. Not always, but more often than people expect.

Can you prove who’s behind an anonymous account? Sometimes conclusively, often with strong circumstantial links. I’ll tell you which, and how confident the evidence lets me be.
